Justin Timberlake and Timbaland Reunite in the Studio

Justin Timberlake and Timbaland are back at it. After teasing a Pharrell reunion on Instagram earlier this month, Justin Timberlake hit the studio with another powerhouse producer and frequent collaborator, Timbaland.

On Monday evening (Mar. 28), Timberlake shared a photo of himself and Timbo in the lab. The caption was simply “Currently…” but it reminded fans of the duo’s long and extensive history together, including work on Justified, FutureSex/LoveSounds, and The 20/20 Experience.

A week ago, Timberlake also shared a photo of himself in the studio with country group Little Big Town.

“NBD… Just writing with @littlebigtown,” he wrote. “This band is the truth!! So good!!!!”

With Timbo, Skateboard P, and LBT on board, it looks like JT is working on a new album. If so, it will be his first project since 2013’s The 20/20 Experience – 2 of 2.
